In the event that a buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to cover the cost associated with reshipping the package. Revised Lost Packages Policy: Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once a purchase is made, the buyer assumes full responsibility.
